Quoturf product walkthrough
This demonstration follows one connected workflow—from business costs and a single stop to route-level results and actual-versus-estimated performance.
What the video demonstrates
Enter owner-pay targets, route capacity, overhead, and direct costs using the business’s own figures.
Watch the price floor and modeled result react as time, cost, and route-density assumptions change.
Review saved stops as a connected route, then compare planned economics with real operating results.
Every stop has costs. Quoturf helps you see them before the work begins. The video demonstrates Quoturf Route Economics alongside Cost Builder, a separate companion tool that is not included in the US$19 Quoturf download. Cost Builder turns the operator’s records into usable inputs, and Route Economics applies those inputs one stop at a time.
The clearly marked sample demonstrates the workflow without presenting market averages. Its baseline includes 32 working weeks, five route days per week, eight route hours per day, eight planned stops, and $10,200 in annual fixed business costs.
Maple Street is currently priced at $58. At 38 on-site minutes, its modeled floor is $70.42. Changing the visit to 44 minutes updates the floor live to $76.66. The cost breakdown separates field pay, vehicle cost, equipment wear and fuel, materials, payment fees, and the stop’s share of fixed business costs.
Saving the revised stop refreshes the connected Route Board, route-cycle summary, and seasonal view. Better pricing inputs begin in Cost Builder, an offline companion tool based on the operator’s own records.
Raising the sample fuel price from $3.45 to $4.45 per gallon moves the calculated operating rate from $0.36 to $0.41 per business mile. Vehicle components keep fuel, maintenance, tires, and other variable costs separate from depreciation and annual fixed vehicle costs, helping prevent double counting.
Increasing sample mower time from 35 to 50 minutes changes that mower’s variable cost from $3.73 to $5.33 per visit. Across all sample equipment, the exact handoff becomes $6.16 per visit and is conservatively rounded to $6.25, alongside the other paste-ready values.
Copying the vehicle rate into Route Economics changes the field from $0.62 to $0.41 per mile and recalculates the active stop to $75.54.
